    Would you like to improve your physical and mental balance? Decrease your arthritis pain and help prevent falls? Do you need increased flexibility? Then this FREE virtual class is for you. This class can be done sitting or standing and you may attend in the privacy of your own home! All you need is a computer, smart phone, or tablet, and internet access to be a part of this 16 session class. Two days a week for one hour a day!
