  3. 2018 Beef Quality Assurance Meetings

    The Beef Industry is quickly evolving.  In the coming years beef buyers, such as Wendy's and Tyson, will only source beef from producers
    certified in Beef Quality Assurance.  To ensure you have complete market access get Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Certified at either

  10. 2018 Canner Testing

    Do you have visions of your pressure canner exploding and food covering your entire kitchen and ceilings? You can get rid of those visions by having your pressure canning equipment tested. The OSU Extension office in Somerset is offering three different testing dates for your convience. Those nasty visions will be gone and you will feel safe for this years canning season. This years testing dates are Monday, July 23rd, 9-11am and 12-2pm. Monday, August 6th, 9-11am and Friday August 10th, 1:30-3pm.
